Agility from the start: response times dropped from minutes to seconds within the first months
Financial Services
Challenge
The financial services operation began under Actionline’s management in October 2025. The commitment was clear: to establish a high standard of agility from the very first interaction and continuously raise performance levels.

By the second month of operations, first response times had already been reduced to seconds. Since then, we have maintained a consistent trajectory of continuous improvement.
The goal was not only to improve the numbers, but to establish consistent strong results. That is how efficiency becomes a competitive advantage.
Solution
With structured governance, active performance management, and data-driven leadership, we implemented a strategic change in the service flow.

This turning point — supported by close operational routines and continuous monitoring — streamlined the process and brought greater fluidity to the customer journey.

As a result, the workflow became simpler and friction throughout the journey was reduced, enabling greater agility.

The outcome is a more efficient operation, with a strong focus on customer experience from the very first seconds of interaction.
Results
The improvement was consistent and progressive. Since the transition, the operation has not only significantly reduced response times, but has also sustained performance at a new level of excellence, continuously surpassing its own established benchmark.

In three months, average response time dropped from 5 minutes and 41 seconds (in October) to 11 seconds (in December). This represented a cumulative reduction of 96.8%, establishing a new standard of agility.

More important than the percentage was the consistency: responding within seconds stopped being the exception and became the operational standard.
