For a client in the clean and accessible energy sector, we needed to increase sales volume and conversion rates without compromising its sustainability purpose. The challenge was to scale commercial results consistently, linking each sale to the positive impact generated for the planet.

Solution
Actionline took on the mission of going beyond performance by developing a purpose-driven culture together with the team. The focus was on raising awareness among agents about the positive environmental impact of each sale, reinforcing the value of the product and aligning the team with both our company’s and our client’s core principles. In just 9 months, the operation grew from 14 to 40 positions, with an increasingly engaged and well-prepared team delivering results with purpose.
Results
Growth was remarkable: the conversion rate increased from 1% (Sep/24) to 4% (Apr/25). In March 2025, the operation reached a peak of 512 closed contracts. The monthly average rose from 280 contracts in 2024 to over 370 contracts in the final months of 2025.
The environmental impact is also a source of pride: the partnership has already contributed to reducing more than 700 tons of CO₂ emissions — proof that it is possible to grow responsibly while delivering value to both the client and the planet.
